We also provide the opportunity for more experienced members to increase the intensity or weight within workouts safely to ensure all members are accelerating their personal progress.

We create all of our workouts ourselves and make sure that each one is adjustable to individual’s needs, catering for any pre-existing injuries that you might have. Our members mental health is so important to us, we host monthly Mental Health Mornings to encourage this and raise money for charity.

Absolutely! Our gym offers personalized fitness and nutrition plans tailored to your specific goals. We believe in a holistic approach to fitness that suits individual needs. We have our brand new App which provides an individual profile complete with progress tracking, meal plans, educational videos on your goals, accountability, 2-way messaging with our expert team and so much more.

What should I wear and bring to a workout class?

Wear comfortable workout attire and appropriate shoes. Don't forget to bring a water bottle, and your enthusiasm for a great workout! We’ll provide the rest!

What if I'm a beginner with limited fitness experience?

We welcome all fitness levels, including beginners. Our experienced trainers will guide you, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident throughout your fitness journey. We have a safe and welcoming gym space where most people were complete beginners when they first started with us. We have a progressive training method meaning you can find your feet and ease into training without the injury risk!
