30kg down, couldn’t run around the block and now I run 18km’s when I feel like it, different mentality, I am now gaining muscle and strength consistently and able to workout for 90 minutes a day with no back or joint pain and have more energy than ever.
6cm off waist and 3kg down, so I am losing fat and adding muscle. I am feeling better mentally, I’ve made some great mood, energy and focus gains. I sleep better, eat better and am way stronger. I hit my goal of doing 50 full push ups in 2022.
20kg down since we started, have lost my fat and have put on lots of muscle too. I am feeling stronger, fitter and healthier than ever. I lost my weight but most importantly took back my mentality. I have healthy training and eating habits that have now become my normality.
Lost 10kg and am fitter and stronger than ever. More energy throughout the day, noticed improvements at basketball in fitness and mobility.
