GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING:

45 minute workouts designed to get the very best out of you. We meet you where you are at, in a beginner friendly environment with regression exercises available at all times so that every person in the room can maximise their training.

We feature both strength and conditioning components in a hybrid training style meaning there is something for everyone. We have some people approach training and nutrition to meet their weight loss and fitness goals, while others approach their training and nutrition to meet their muscle building and strength goals.

We have a flexible training method that means not only will we work around any injuries you might have, but our expert coaches can adjust movements, keep you moving and still get an awesome workout in.

We design a specific injury prevention protocol for each member based around their pain points in order to minimise risk and enhance their workouts. For example if you have a weak lower back or knee pain, we design a short strength and mobility routine for you to work those areas either before/ after class or at home.

We believe that we are the best gym on the north shore to give each individual the very best workout, to move with intention, the right intensity and in an awesome community environment promoting a positive mental health.
